Kumar brings a fresh approach to transforming startups into successful companies, having done so with five himself and raising a total of $50 million of venture capital in the process. Currently, is also CEO of Searchreviews, an eCommerce site that aggregates and summarizes consumers reviews via Natural Language Processing.
His previous startrtup, Grouptivity.com, provides a unique social environment for web content saving and sharing. The IP was acquired by Google.
appMail.com was successfully launched in 2001, specializing in the development of SAAS business applications in the area of employee time off and applicant tracking. Client list includes LeapFrog, CNET, Actuate and Agile.
Prior to starting appMail, Kumar was the founder of Personic Software, Inc., a leader in the applicant tracking space, with over 60,000 users worldwide and customers like Wal-Mart, CNet and Accenture. As CEO, Kumar took the company from conception to $20 million in revenue.
Finally as founder of AT systems, an IT consulting firm based in the San Francisco Bay Area , he took the company from conception to $25 million in four years. Sold the business to TMP, parent company of Monster.

Dhaliwal is a technologist at heart and loves startups. Dhaliwal focuses on designing high performance search and internet marketing systems. Dhaliwal has architected and implemented marketing systems for some of the top internet power houses like eBay, PayPal, BlueLithium (acquired by Yahoo! for $340 million), and Quinstreet. Dhaliwal’s key strengths are translating business problems and solutions that work. Dhaliwal graduated from UC Davis with a degree in Computer Engineering.
Yogesh Gowdra
Co-Founder and Principal Architect
Gowdra has passion for startups. He was very instrumental in the successful launch of appMail.com, Grouptivity.com products. Gowdra has indepth experience in analysis, design, development of software applications, Gowdra is an expert at developing web 2.0 and enterprise software solutions. Some of his key expertise includes the development of highly scalable applications with exposure to all aspects of software life cycle, architecting and building consumer applications especially for social media.
